I have become obsessed with a little tab on my dashboard. For those of you who don't blog, your dashboard keeps track of the blogs you follow, let's you change your design, where you can post new stuff, etc. Anyway, I look at it ALL THE TIME!! Why, because I want to see who and what is looking at my blog. Now, at this point, this is what I have found out:
1) I believe I have bored my children to pieces, because they no longer look at it.
2) Trynitee, Natalie, Emily and Amberly do look at it still. Why, I don't honestly know.
3) Some people look at it through my Facebook page.
4) Three people in Malaysia looked at it last week through a website MoreDietPlan.com. I am guessing because I put in one of my posts about HCG and going on a diet. Not sure.
5) The second most views (by nation) is from Canada with 14, then Russia with 5 (Ted is sure it's because the Russians are looking for him), plus Denmark, China, Pakistan, Germany, Spain and Panama (don't forget Malaysia).
6) Internet Explorer is used 79% of the time to view my blog.
7) Windows based systems are used 90% of the time.
8) The most viewed post is "First Date - End of an Era" all about Denny's closing.
It gives me a little bit of a thrill that I have people looking at my blog from all over the world. I'm sure it's not on purpose, but accidentally. They must have done a google search and somehow, my little piece of heaven found it's way into their lives. I really am obsessed, but, then again - I become obsessed quite easily. Give me a reason to fret and ponder, and I will do it. It just goes to show why I don't get out much, it's probably best for the rest of the world. I have a tendency to suddenly begin thinking about something while walking and sometimes just stop. I've been run into more than once by people in the mall and such because I've stopped to fret and ponder. In my younger days, I could probably do it and keep walking - I was able to multi-task back then. Now, I can only do one thing at a time.
