Top 10 - Why I'm the Luckiest Wife

I was thinking today how lucky I am to have Ted in my life.  Here are my top ten reasons why I am so danged lucky.  He's pretty awesome. When I have a virus in my computer, he stops everything to fix it and make it better. When I get dressed and ready to go, he'll say, "well hello gorgeous". He loves to touch, caress, hug and kiss me. On the days I work, I work double shifts.  I work early morning, come home to eat and take a nap, then work a night shift.  When I get home, my bed is turned down so I can climb in and go to sleep for about an 60-90 minutes.  Plus the remote is on the pillow, so I can turn the tv on before I fall asleep. He makes me breakfast every Saturday morning. He wishes me a "happy monthaversary" every twelfth day of the month - for the day we got married. Plus he adds up the number of months. Follow Your Heart

I've kind of been feeling sorry for myself the last couple of weeks.  I've been frustrated with the fact that I've gained five pounds in the last few months.  For me, it's really hard to lose it.  I've been considering some drastic options to try and get rid of it.  And the ups and downs have been frustrating. Today, I went and spent some time with my two grandbabies.  My grandchildren keep me grounded and happy.  All eight of them make my heart happy.  I spent a little more time than I had planned on spending, because Miss Penny needed a nap and was fighting going to sleep.   So, I took her upstairs and read her the same book about five times and sang some lullabyes to her to get her to finally fall asleep.  Nothing more wonderful than snuggling a baby until they fall asleep.
