Me:  My boobs hurt.
Ted:  Why do they hurt?
Me:  I guess because I am ovulating or something.
Ted:  Ovulating?
Me:  Yeah, for the first time in months and months.
Ted:  Ovulating?  Like you can't get pregnant can you?
Me:  No - I don't have a uterus.
Ted: WHEW!!!

Sorry - I thought that was hilarious.  #1 - because he knows that I had a hysterectomy and #2 - his exaggerated and very visible sign of relief.
